The 2018 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Grosso Sanese is a wild, potent wine. It displays black cherries and licorice aromas and is certainly long on personality. This powerhouse Gran Selezione packs a serious punch. The 2018 is a bit rustic, but at the same time, very good. This really needs a ton of air to open up.
