Overall vintage 2018:
Bruno and Danilo Nada absolutely crushed the 2018 vintage. These are among the most impressive Barbarescos of the year, maybe the most impressive, period. It's a vintage where everything comes together. The 2018s saw 28 days on the skins followed by two years in cask. The raw quality of the fruit here has always been superb, but at times that potential seemed covered by small French oak. That no longer seems to be the case. Nada's 2018s are magnificent. That's pretty much all there is to it.
