With fruit from Serralunga d'Alba, the Guido Porro 2018 Barolo Vigna Rionda shows dried fruit and a lean approach. The bouquet reveals rose potpourri, dry earth, fig and powdery licorice. The tannins are integrated and ready. Pretty floral nuances and pressed violets do come through at the end. This wine requires a little extra patience. 2023 - 2032
