Dried black cherries combine with brown spice, coffee grinds and a dusting of cocoa as the dark and brooding 2020 Brunello di Montalcino Cielo d'Ulisse emerges from the glass. It's silken in feel with vibrant acidity and cool-toned wild berry fruits that slowly saturate, offset by a tinge of sour citrus toward the close. Staining and long, the 2020 finishes classically structured with fine tannins and hints of sour cherry and licorice. 2027 - 2038
