Castello di Monsanto drives af Fabrizio Bianchi, og Datter Laura tager også del i arbejdet med Monsanto, der er anerkendt og kendt for en mere traditionel stil og produktion. Selvom vinene med Laura og nye vinkonsulent er blevet moderet lidt op gennem Nullerne er vinene stadig traditionel stil. The 2022 Chardonnay Collezione Fabrizio Bianchi is a very fine wine in this vintage. Varietally expressive, deep and layered, this is beautifully done. There's still quite a bit of baby fat, so I would cellar this for at least a year or two. Pear, green apple, jasmine and a touch of spice linger. This is one of the very few truly distinctive Chardonnays in Tuscany. Today, the 2022 is quite powerful.
