The 2021 Jalé lifts from the glass with a tropical blend of young mango, kiwi and vanilla bean. It's silky smooth with ripe orchard fruits and sweet inner florals, all nicely balanced by saline-tinged acidity. This leaves rich custard and almond paste through the long and slightly confectionary finale, yet in the end, it tapers off fresh, mixing salty minerals with lime.
