Selvom vinene med Laura og nye vinkonsulent er blevet moderet lidt op gennem Nullerne er vinene stadig traditionel stil. The 2023 Chianti Classico is terrific. A model of classicism, the 2023 impresses with its balance. Crushed flowers, sweet red-toned fruit, spice, rose petal and cinnamon open with a bit of coaxing. In 2023, the straight Chianti Classico is an absolute delight, a wine that captures the essence of the house style at a very affordable price.
