Shortly to be released in magnum, Delamotte's 2012 Blanc de Blancs continues to perform very well, unwinding in the glass with scents of crisp orchard fruit, buttered toast, white flowers, fresh bread and orange oil. Medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, it's racy and concentrated, with an elegant mousse and a long, mineral finish. This is well worth seeking out. 2021 - 2042
