La Ca Nova er ejet og drevet af Marco Rocca. Her produceres traditionelle vine og de to CRU barbaresco fra Montestefano og Montefico høster flot internatinal anderkendelse år efter år. Basis barbaresco er elegant og alle med en rigtig god pricevalue.

The 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo is an absolute delight. Pliant, aromatic and super-expressive, the 2022 is terrific. Bright red cherry, blood orange, cinnamon, rose petals and mint are some of the many notes that run through this generous, inviting Langhe Nebbiolo from La Ca' Nova. The 2022 is made from the estate's youngest vines. It saw 25 days on the skins (unheard of at this level) and spent a year in cask. It is a Barbaresco in all but name. Only its early release in bottle precludes this from that designation.
