The 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo is terrific. In this brutally warm, dry year, cooler sites such as those used for this bottling benefitted from their protected locations. In the glass, this is deep and beautifully resonant. I would drink it ahead of many Barolos and Barbarescos. The only issue with the 2022 is that it only saw six months in cask, when it probably would have benefitted from more time in wood. As a result, this is a bit raw in its tannin profile. Even so, it is a very serious wine.
