Spicy and unique, the 2021 Malvazija opens with a smoky bouquet of ginger and fermented coconut, giving way to crushed nectarines. This easily flows across the palate, soft and supple with ripe orchard fruits. Tension slowly builds through a core of salty minerals and sour citrus. It tapers off gently tannic, yet wildly fresh. Tangerine and mint suggestions slowly fade.
