From a talented new name, the Gian Luca Colombo 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo shows simple lines with bright fruit definition and just enough natural intensity to pair effortlessly with pizza or your favorite Italian pasta dishes. Sourced from 65-year-old Nebbiolo vines (mostly the Rosé clone) alongside younger plantings on the Roddi-Verduno border, the wine embraces an appealing sense of informality with its clean lines and precise focus. It finishes on a lean, uncomplicated note that favors freshness over weight. Some 8,000 bottles were produced.
