The 2015 Orma is fabulous. Pliant and resonant in the glass, the 2015 is a total pleasure bomb. Mocha, espresso, raspberry jam, rose petal, mint and cedar all race out of the glass in this stunningly beautiful, gracious wine from Orma. All the elements simply fall into place effortlessly. A closing flourish of aromatic intensity punctuates the finish. 2020 - 2030

I was deeply impressed with the wines I tasted from Orma, proprietor Antonio Moretti's estate in Castagneto Carducci. Moretti may be better known for the wines he makes at his Sette Ponti property, but Orma has come on very strong, especially within the last few years. These wines are seriously compelling.
