The 2025 Pelaverga, from a site in La Morra, is laced with crushed flowers, red-toned fruit, white pepper and mint. It’s a relatively light-bodied wine, but it has more fruit and fewer of the intensely savory notes found in Pelavergas from neighboring Verduno. Promising.
