From: Two Sides of the Same Coin: 2023 and 2024 Rosso di Montalcino (Mar 2026)
The 2024 Toscana Sangiovese is spunky in the glass, with a wild burst of savory herbs, citrus rinds, strawberries and wet stones. It opens with a contrast between balanced inner sweetness and salty mineral tones, while juicy acidity provides lovely energy. A twang of sour citrus and tart cranberry marks the finish, which is impactful but squeaky clean.
