The 2021 Vitovska wafts up with a beautiful blend of mint leaf, stone dust and young peaches. It opens with a lovely inner sweetness balanced by saline-tinged acidity as ripe orchard fruits swirl across the palate, and a steely sensation forms toward the close. The 2021 tapers off with youthful tension as the cheeks pucker and a salty flourish mixes with hints of raw almond.
